About Me

Hello! My goal is to create a convenient way to find American made goods of all sorts. I host a new giveaway nearly every week, and I add new links every day! *I do not get paid for any of this. I just want to show Americans how easy (and important) it is to support companies who are manufacturing high quality goods right here in the USA and hiring American workers! Buy American!

Hummingbird Lavender Farms

Hummingbird Farms - Giveaway!

All Natural Bath and Body Products

All of their products are made in Texas and are aloe-based. There is no water in any of their products, so they're not watered down like most lotions and soaps. In fact, if you look at the first ingredient listed it will always be aloe. The first ingredient on 90% of all other bath & body products is water. Let me add that the aloe is supporting American agriculture. All of their aloe comes from aloe farms in South Texas.

Bottom line, a bottle of their lotion (or body wash, liquid soap, etc.) has more American agriculture in it than a lot of the produce you will find in the produce section at the grocery store! These products are wonderful!

Hummingbird Farms
has generously agreed to offer two of their naturally soothing products. One lucky winner will receive the No. 145 Lavender Body Lotion, and a second winner will receive the No. 152 Lavender Body Wash!

Here are the rules to enter:
- Head over to the Hummingbird Farms site and look through their store
- Leave a comment back at this post, listing your favorite product
- Make sure you leave a valid email address so you can be contacted when you win!
- I'll hold the drawing next Saturday, October 13
- No duplicate comments, please
- Please spread the word!!

Ooh! I love Texas Hill Country. I spent a good bit of time in Wimberley which is not far from Fredricksburg when I was growing up and we lived in San Marcos for a while (in addition to many other places in TX). If I ever make that trip to Wildseed Farms, I will see about adding this place to my list if they do tours.

I would normally pick the bar soap because I love handmade soaps and that one is beautiful. However, I'm feeling the need for some exfoliation for my middle aged skin, so the spa treatment looks best to me right now.

Your blog looks interesting. I'm looking forward to checking out the other products you have listed. (And do you get paid to do this? How does that work?)

I have to vote for Aromatherapy Lavender Body Wash No. 152. I always use my time in the shower to recuperate from my day, and the scent of lavender is so soothing. I love how natural and down-home this company is! Thanks for introducing us to it.

I would like to be contacted by the person doing this blog. The company I created manufactures tools only in the USA. I think your blog and the links you provide will help a lot of people buy American made and have an impact on American manufacturing.
Thanks, I hope to hear from the Patriot soon. Please, go to www.quiksizer.com to contact us

My favorite is Aromatherapy Lavender Body Wash No. 152. Lavender is one of my favorite scents! And it is such a big bottle.

I recently bought Aveda body wash, and it smells great. But got the pricey bottle and it was only 8 oz!!! Never again...

The lotion is silky, and the shower soap is fabulous.....but the best is the salt scrub. My husband had been out cutting trees so his hands were EXTREMELY rough. I talked him into trying some of it and when he was through, his hands were "caress me soft"! Trust me......there is NO BETTER lavender product on the market!

What a fantastic idea!! Well done! I wish there were more sites like yours to support the great American sources and labor.

I'm a big fan of the Lavander satchets. It reminds me of my grandmother. She always used to smell like a nice fresh flower and everytime I smell this wonderful scent I feel like she's right next to me.
