About Me

Hello! My goal is to create a convenient way to find American made goods of all sorts. I host a new giveaway nearly every week, and I add new links every day! *I do not get paid for any of this. I just want to show Americans how easy (and important) it is to support companies who are manufacturing high quality goods right here in the USA and hiring American workers! Buy American!

Tough Traveler Giveaway!!!

Tough Traveler Ltd. is located in upstate NY, where they have been manufacturing quality luggage, backpacks, child carriers, and many other products, for over 37 years. Since their beginning in 1970, they have remained a privately-owned company with a commitment to making products that really make people happy - whether because of the convenience features that exactly fits their needs, the comfortable design which allows them to enjoy outdoors and travel activities, or just because of the incredible durability that allows them to keep a favorite bag for years on end.

All of Tough Traveler's products are made in their own USA-factory: they use American-made materials; follow USA & NYS employment & environmental laws; and watch every aspect of production. They employ the highest standards to ensure that every product is made of durable materials, with quality workmanship. Their standard is attractive design with superb workmanship. They are best known for their Child Carriers, which have been sold by such large retailers as LL Bean, REI, and EMS.

Tough Traveler is graciously donating two products for this week's giveaway! The first winner will receive the Kiddy Pack backpack and the second winner gets the Water Sprite waistpack!

Great site, thanks for pointing me in your direction. I'll definitely mention this on my blog to get the word out.

My favorite items from the Tough Traveler are the duffels. They would be great for so many things!

In answer to your question on my blog, all my things are handmade, by me, in the US. And I would be absolutely thrilled to be featured here some day.

I love the garment bags! My husband travels for business and he only takes a garment bag with him. The airlines torcher the garment bag and we'll be needing a new one soon. Thanks for this site, I'll be bookmarking it for future use.

I like the Sundra. With kids and W.W. getting old enough that I don't have to carry around an honest to goodness diaper bag, but something still big enough to hold a few snack essentials and be stylish. I like this one.

Like the denim color and brown straps and zippers, goes right along with my mostly rural lifestyle and sturdy is in the product description. : )

What a great shop! I love the Gombac, the Cayuga, the kiddy bag, and I'm sure a lot of other things I didn't get a chance to see!

I really liked the Dayout bag. It just seemed like it would be very versatile and I can imagine that it would make a terrific gift (assuming I would be willing to give it up). I'm really glad that I heard about this site, it makes it so simple to find American made products in a world full of "Made in China".

This isn't a contest entry--just a comment to say how much I like the idea of promoting products made in America. I'm from England originally, and would feel the same about products made in England if I still lived there.

Way to go, American Made! I've added your blog to my list of favorites and will be back often.

Wow, I didn't realize how extensive the selection of merchandise is! My husband bikes back and forth to work, so the biking bags are an option for us to order. I still have a diaper backpack that I use, (over one shoulder), and I need to downsize soon. What a great site to choose one from! Thanks for posting!
